Wren Letting is a dedicated Residential Letting & Holiday Letting Agency strategically based in Tuckton. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, whose members are recognised worldwide as property professionals. Our aim is to provide a professional and personal service to both Landlords and Tenants and to develop a relationship based on loyalty and trust.

In a fast developing and growing market, we have installed tried and tested software to work alongside our manual systems allowing us to match requirements quickly and efficiently resulting in fast results. All staff are fully trained and familiar with current and emerging legislation on lease compliance and safety requirements and are encouraged to engage in continuing professional development to ensure that we offer best advice on all aspects of the residential letting market at all times.

For Landlords, we are able to offer standard business terms or a bespoke package that will exactly meet individual owner’s requirements.

Our expanding team now includes Ruth James & Linda Hammond who between them have many years experience in the local property market and add further knowledge and understanding of property matters.
